The 2021 Annual Report 

For 11 months, 14 organizations worked to provide education, outreach, support, events and free vaccination opportunities to increase COVID-19 Vaccinations for Newark residents. They came together in May to reflect on their work, including initiative highlights, lessons learned, and the work moving forward. 

The Newark Asset Building Coalition promotes well-being and financial stability for all Newarkers by increasing savings, reducing debt, increasing financial knowledge and skills, and improving access to wealth-building programs

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected every part of the way we live. Since the national emergency was declared on March 13, 2020, many states issued stay – at- home orders and closed nonessential businesses. For many small businesses and their owners, this was an unprecedented adverse shock.
