About: This is a series of financial literacy workshops offered by 7 partners of the Newark Asset Building Coalition (NABC). The Newark Asset Building Coalition promotes well-being and financial stability for all Newarkers by increasing savings, reducing debt, increasing financial knowledge and skills, and improving access to wealth-building programs.  September NABC Financial Literacy Partnership Series Dates: Thursdays in September 2022

Time: 6:00PM – 8:00PM Location/Virtual: The Early Learning Center at 30 Demarest Street, Newark, NJ 07112 or you can join virtually via Zoom Room: Multipurpose Room Entrance: The Multipurpose Room has its own entrance at the back of the building with security. Please enter through this door and you will be asked to sign in for registration
Parking: There is a small parking lot on Clinton Place by this entrance and ample street parking Refreshments: There will be light refreshments available for those attending in person
Gift Card Giveaway: The first 30 people to sign up for a session will receive a $25 gift card to Amazon. Attendance and completion of a short post-event survey are mandatory to receive a gift card. Gift cards will be emailed approximately 1 week after the event. Participants must live in Essex or West Hudson County, New Jersey.
Registration Confirmation: After you submit your registration via this form, you will receive a confirmation and additional details 2-3 days prior to the event (NOT immediately upon registration). The email will come from “United Way of Greater Newark” via Constant Contact. If you need to cancel your registration for any of the sessions, please send an email with your name to unitedwaygn@uwnewark.org and include the dates that you can no longer attend.
